Financial Service Ambassador Role

This role involves providing customer service to walk-in customers at post offices and identifying potential customers who may be interested in the financial services offered by our partners. As a Financial Service Ambassador, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on our range of financial services to customers at our post office locations;
  • Identify opportunities to promote our financial services to customers and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their financial goals;
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of their needs;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as finance, business administration or marketing;
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify solutions to complex customer issues;
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software used in a business environment.
