Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders, prepare sales invoices, and generate sales order reports for production.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including posting transactions into the accounting system, confirming invoices due for payment, and processing monthly statements of accounts.
  • Update customer information and reports to support the sales team.
  • Conduct stock-take and update inventory movement records for assigned products.
Requirements:
  • ITE NITEC or GCE N Level education; Diploma holders are welcome.
  • Experience in customer service or sales admin support is an advantage.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • On-the-job training provided.
Benefits:
  • Basic salary: $2,000 to $2,700 per month.
  • 6 months probation period.
  • AWS/13th month salary.
  • Medical benefits, annual leave, and medical leave.
  • 5.5 working days per week (with alternate Sat off).
  • Rest on Sunday and public holidays.
  • Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Mon to Fri).
  • Working location: 3 Tuas Bay Walk.
  • Company transport pick-up point: Chao Chu Kang MRT and Boon Lay MRT station.
