About the Role
This role will lead and manage high-impact strategic projects within supply chain, logistics, and operational processes. The individual will develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making, and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
- Project & Process Improvement Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regulatory compliance, finance, procurement, IT, and logistics to achieve business goals
- Apply advanced project management methodologies for structured and efficient execution
- Identify resource gaps and implement solutions to address them

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II) will be advantageous but not compulsory. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and business process improvement, preferably within regulated industries.
