We are seeking a Luxury Sales Ambassador to promote high-end timepieces to discerning customers and build lasting relationships through exceptional sales service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for the luxury watch industry.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting luxury timepieces to customers and building long-term relationships. You will also create and maintain strong customer connections, drive repeat business and referrals, and participate in corporate and customer events representing our brand and values.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or certifications preferred
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
