Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager for China will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with existing and new customers in the region. This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial audio sales market and the ability to effectively communicate the value of L-Acoustics products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in China.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including distributors and system integrators.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, including partnerships with new distributors and system integrators.
  4. Provide sales support to the sales team, including training and product knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales growth in China.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial audio sales, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship development.
  2. Experience working in China, with a deep understanding of the local market and culture.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  5. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
