Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our legal team as a Legal Counsel. You will be working closely with our senior business leaders, sales and administration teams across the APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential legal support and advice to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts and NDAs.
  • Respond to internal legal queries.
  • Manage disputes from start to finish.

You will also be responsible for assisting with Corporate/M&A activities, including post-acquisition onboarding for M&A deals. This role requires someone who is able to work collaboratively as part of a small but mighty legal team.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of commercial contract law.
  • Experience working with commercial disputes and claims.
  • Knowledge of associated legal processes.

You will also need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have excellent analytical skills. Fluency in English and one or more major APAC languages would be an advantage.
