Investment Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to gain insight into the private credit market and the entire capital spectrum ranging from senior debt to straight equity. You will have the opportunity to develop your investment analysis and financial modelling skills while working closely with our legal, risk & compliance, finance and treasury functions.

Responsibilities:
1) Perform investment due diligence including financial and business analysis, financial modelling, transaction structuring, ESG analysis, macroeconomic and industry research on prospective investments.
2) Assist in portfolio management & monitoring, fund marketing efforts, and preparing external investor communication materials and responses to investor requests.
3) Prepare internal investment committee memos, market research, monitoring current investments, and new deal origination.

Requirements:
1) Pursuing an academic degree in a relevant field of study such as business management, finance or accounting.
2) Good practical knowledge of finance and investment concepts, including equity analysis, credit risk analysis, financial modelling, valuation etc.
3) Ability to work effectively in a collegial, collaborative, fast-paced and high-growth environment.
4) Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Strong team player with initiative and ability to perform with minimal supervision and within tight timeframes.
