Job Title: Senior Endur Applications Specialist

About the Role:
The OpenLink Endur Applications Specialist is a senior-level position responsible for designing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. This role involves working closely with the Technology team to establish and coordinate system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the development team to enhance the current Openlink platform, including integration with the Global Commodities application stack.
  2. Develop a technology stack that leverages existing platforms and builds new strategic platforms, while migrating existing business functions from legacy systems.
  3. Closely interact with Traders and Quants to understand new requirements for applications across the platform, focusing on trade modeling and lifecycle.
  4. Increase productivity of the technology teams' build and delivery cycles by designing system solutions that maximize operational efficiency of business processes and workflows.
  5. Engage senior business heads, providing frequent and timely updates and managing expectations as necessary.

General Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
  2. Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  3. Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
  4. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  5. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.
  6. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
  7. Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Openlink, including greenfield implementation/version upgrade.
  2. Subject matter expert of C-Motion and G-Motion and CPS modules.
  3. Strong technical background in AVS, JVS, OpenComponents (Java/C#).
  4. Strong understanding of Connex Gateway, External Pricing Models.
  5. Grasp of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
  6. Experience in Commodities Regulatory/Compliance Reporting is highly desirable.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  8. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
