Operations Manager (Baker) Role

We are seeking a skilled FnB Operations professional with baking experience to lead our cafe operations. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily activities, ensure work area safety and hygiene, and manage inventory and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of cafe operations for smooth day-to-day activities
  • Maintenance of NEA standards and guidelines on food hygiene
  • Inventory management and waste minimization
  • Equipment maintenance and working condition oversight
  • Internal order management for events and business adaptability

To succeed in this role, you should possess leadership skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for baking. You should also be friendly, positive, dedicated, and eager to contribute to a fun and growing environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in operations and baking, a valid Food Safety course certification, and a minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma certification.
