Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Operations Specialist to join our team at Facebook Singapore PTE. LTD.

Job Summary: This role will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of benefits programs internationally, managing day-to-day operations, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze benefits programs to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvement, and outsourcing.
  • Represent the Benefits team as a subject matter expert in benefits process improvement activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective communication strategies regarding benefits programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and administration of various benefit programs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in benefits and/or HR operations in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience in implementation of different benefit programs across international locations (APAC, EMEA & LATAM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively use data to drive recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Employee Benefits with knowledge on operational efficiency.
