Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Structural Engineer to lead our team in delivering structural engineering solutions for offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop corporate technical standards and procedures for topside structural engineering.
  • Design and develop workflows and engineering platforms for topside structural design.
  • Manage and support the Head of Discipline in overseeing the corporate organization.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain and update the EPCI and O&M phase lessons learned database.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to propose optimal and competitive technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant design codes, standards, and client specifications.
  • Provide technical support in preparing proposals and tender responses.
  • Review and validate subcontractor deliverables for technical quality.
