Job Title: R&D Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Research & Development team as an R&D Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing compliance, control, budgeting, expenses, and administrative tasks within the department.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role:

  • Manage compliance and controls, including maintaining consent forms and tracking R&D activities.
  • Manage organization movements, staff records, and SOPs.
  • Maintain training records and SharePoint management.
  • Handle budgets, expenses, project supplies, and contract administration.
  • Manage R&D administration, including visitor management, employee engagement, and event coordination.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in finance, administration, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Experience in event coordination, bookkeeping, and control systems.
