Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Engineer/Engineer (RF Comms). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of live systems 24/7.

The ideal candidate should have technical disciplines in System-Level Maintenance with knowledge of Radio Communications, Basic Networking Skills, Computer/Servers Management, Embedded Systems and/or UPS.

  • Assist in delivering contract deliverables within budget.
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with maintenance instructions/procedures.
  • Carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with maintenance instructions/procedures.
  • Perform after-office hour standby for fault activation.
  • Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.
  • Provide engineering services and support to facilitate equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System-Level Maintenance: Radio Communications, Basic Networking Skills, Computer/Servers Management, Embedded Systems and/or UPS.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Disciplines: Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Class 3 Driving License.
  • Ability to work effectively in an indoor and outdoor environment.
