Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in massage therapy and excellent leadership skills.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized experiences, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Lead a team of therapists, provide guidance and support as needed, and foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all areas are tidy, equipment is well-maintained, and health and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Requirements

  • Massage Certificate from certified training institutes or relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.

  • Physical stamina to perform duties of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
