Halal Warehouse Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates in accordance with Halal standards and regulations.

  • Supervise and monitor HAP (Halal Assurance Program) monitoring and corrective actions for any HAP deviations.
  • Assist in product recalls and withdrawals until any deviations or unsatisfactory conditions related to Halal requirements are corrected.
  • Inspect vehicles during loading and unloading to ensure there are no suspicious raw materials or non-Halal personal items.
  • Evaluate raw materials' packaging and labeling for compliance with Halal certification standards.
  • Endorse commercial invoices when necessary.
  • Ensure proper withdrawal of requested packaging materials and labels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to Halal standards and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Halal products and practices.
  • Forklift driving experience is preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift and move products as needed.
