Job Overview:

The Artisan Green PTE. LTD. is committed to sustainability and innovative agriculture practices. As a Greenhouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our indoor vertical farm in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing farm operations, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, the candidate will be required to collaborate with the Plant Science team to optimize crop growth conditions and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage daily farm operations, including seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and packaging.
* Supervise and coordinate Operations Assistants and part-time staff to execute farm tasks efficiently.
* Ensure optimal functioning of farm systems, equipment, and environmental conditions.
* Oversee inventory management and coordinate produce delivery logistics.
* Manage labour efficiency, scheduling, and process optimization.
* Liaise with contractors for logistical, maintenance, and farm upgrades.
* Plan and implement weekly farm schedules and SOPs in coordination with the Operations Director and Plant Science team.
* Maintain accurate records and update the Weekly Inventory sheet.
