Job Title: Senior Production Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist engineers in improving machine/process yield and quality by analyzing machine/process issues and customer complaints.
- To implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize unplanned production downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- To provide timely engineering support in failure analysis and CAPA resolution.
- To participate in PMT, SGA, and VIP initiatives to drive productivity improvement and achieve department goals.
- To provide technical expertise to employee teams and implement employee suggestions (Kaizen) to enhance machine performance.
Requirements:
- NITEC (NTC/ITC) or Diploma with at least 8 years of experience or equivalent.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on key processes and equipment/machineries.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding/knowledge of basic design of jigs and fixtures.
- Good understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings and control system (PLC).
