Job Opportunity:

Dance Instructor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dance Instructor to lead our dance classes. This role requires excellent teaching skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Lesson Planning
    • Deliver high-quality dance lessons that cater to students' needs and abilities.
    • Plan engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and enjoyment.
    • Prepare students for performances and examinations.
  • Student Management and Administration
    • Manage student records and maintain accurate attendance data.
    • Coordinate class schedules and studio use.
    • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, events, and policies.
  • Events and Performance Coordination
    • Collaborate with headquarters to plan and organize recitals, performances, and competitions.
    • Coordinate costumes, music, and props for performances.
    • Conduct rehearsals outside of regular class hours.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide front-line customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and support requests from students, parents, and staff.
    • Assist with general school operations, including maintaining studio cleanliness, monitoring equipment, managing stocks and textbooks, and supporting daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience teaching dance, especially to young children.
  • Strong background in hip-hop or street dance styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for weekday or weekend classes (flexible scheduling).
