About the Role
As an Administrative Services Manager at GEK MARINE SERVICES, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. Your primary objective is to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment that supports our business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, including procurement and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support business operations.
  • Plan and execute office events and activities.
  • Act as the main liaison person for office matters.
  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and scheduling.


About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You should have experience in office administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with TikTok and LinkedIn for online sales is a plus.
