Senior Microbiologist Director

We are seeking a distinguished microbiologist leader to spearhead our laboratory operations.
- As the director of our laboratory team, you will oversee the development and implementation of microbial and endotoxin analysis methods. This includes verifying, validating, transferring, and maintaining these methods to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
- You will be responsible for initiating and reviewing change controls related to microbiological testing, tracking timely execution of CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), and fostering talent within the team.
- Maintaining paperless lab operations is also a critical aspect of this role, which includes ensuring that ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook) and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
- Additionally, you will organize data reviews, deviation investigations, and customer audits to guarantee GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fostering a collaborative environment, enhancing team capabilities, and driving business growth through strategic planning and process optimization are essential responsibilities in this position.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as pharmacy or microbiology.
- Fluent English language skills with strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a GMP microbiology team, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
- Strong coordination, project management, and supervision skills are also essential.
