This role is part of the Policy and Systems Management team at AGENCY FOR INTEGRATED CARE PTE. LTD., focusing on the launch of new schemes from design to process development and implementation. The team drives inter-agency and cross-division projects to enhance government financial support for patients and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Policymaking & Analytics
  • Engage in policy discussions with MOH and other agencies, coordinating the launch of new policies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review existing policies and procedures, identify gaps, and propose improvements supported by data.
  • Provide staffing support as needed.

Project Management

  • Participate in cross-agency projects to improve government support for patients, representing the division in workgroup discussions and contributing to project planning.
  • Lead the development and delivery of assigned projects, monitoring activities, and driving change management efforts to support implementation.
  • Review and optimize existing processes for cost-effectiveness and productivity gains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in public sector organizations.
  • Experience in managing cross-agency projects, process planning, change management, and reporting would be beneficial.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills, effective time management, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
