Job Title: Senior Manager, IT Business Operations

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive transformation in the healthcare sector.

As a Senior Manager, IT Business Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for our company's IT functions.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Assist in shaping and executing the IT strategy, championing IT transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee all core IT functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance:
    • Develop and implement robust information security policies, lead incident response efforts, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
    • Lead the full lifecycle of vendor management, optimizing resource allocation and balancing financial constraints.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to IT staff, collaborating with senior and clinical leaders to support our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with a demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business goals.
  • Experience with IT compliance frameworks, data protection regulations, and healthcare-specific data standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISM, CISSP).
  • Experience in a healthcare or similar highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare-specific data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, OMOP).
