Job Summary:

Production Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Training Specialist to facilitate training programs and ensure the continued development of our manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training methodologies, adult learning principles, and manufacturing processes. They will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and assessing trainee skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
