">Description:
">We are looking for a skilled Automation Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing automated tests across the test pyramid (unit → API → UI → E2E). The ideal candidate will have experience with automation frameworks, such as Playwright or Cypress, and be comfortable with Git and basic CI tools.
">Responsibilities:
">* Design, implement, and maintain automated tests across the test pyramid.
* Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and shift-left quality.
* Use AI assistants to draft tests, generate synthetic test data, triage flaky tests, and create concise defect repro steps.
* Build resilient test suites with clear assertions, test IDs, and stable selectors.
* Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and perform targeted exploratory testing for new features.
Requirements:
">* At least 5-7 years of experience in QA/SDET or software development.
* Programming fundamentals in modern languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python preferred).
* Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
* Comfortable with Git and basic CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
* Understanding of JSON and basic SQL.
Bonus Points:
">* Familiarity with AI tools and their responsible usage.
* Experience with cloud-based testing and DevOps environments.
