  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of IT infrastructure principles, Azure Cloud domain design, network architecture, server infrastructure, end-user computing, and cybersecurity tools and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in end-user computing environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's modern workplace toolset, including Office 365, Windows, and deployment tools such as Identity with Azure Active Directory Premium, Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Management, MDM, and MAM), and Modern Deployment technologies.
  • Proficiency in Desktop Virtualization & Citrix certification.
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Single Sign-On, LDAP/LDAPS, Multi-Factor Authentication, Encryption, Enterprise Backup, and Windows Server.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering or consulting on cloud migration from hybrid cloud environments and modernization engagements on the Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure technologies, such as cloud-based management and solutions referring to Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, Cloud Configuration, and Endpoint Analytics.
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management processes, such as incident, change, and problem management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF preferred).
  • Security certification (ISC2 preferred, such as CISA).
  • Azure Solution Architect certification.
  • Exposure to ITIL (Incident, Problem & Change Management).

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience with application deployment and patch management tools such as Tanium, SCCM & Intune.
  • Familiarity with role-based access controls and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Experience with data classification and labeling, and security compliance frameworks.
  • Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) policies for non-Windows devices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in end-user experience optimization, including login experience and password-less login solutions.
