Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing robotics solutions using RMF-based systems.

This role involves leading automation projects across Asia, contributing to the growth of intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RMF technology and experience in developing advanced Fleet Management Systems (FMS).

  • Develop and enhance FMS to ensure continuous improvements in automation.
  • Apply RMF-based solutions to drive automation in Japan.
  • Participate in feature development and performance upgrades of the FMS.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing software solutions for robotics applications.
  • Contributing to the development of advanced robotics systems.
  • Leading automation projects and teams.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Robotics, Software Development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ROS2 coding is required. Candidates without ROS2 experience must demonstrate hands-on expertise in ROS1, C++, or Python for software development.
  • Strong understanding of robotics and robotics development.
  • Ability to produce specification sheets for software or software code.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.

Work Environment:

This role requires frequent business trips to Japan due to ongoing projects, with possible travel to India and Thailand based on project demands.
