Warehouse Management and Cold Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management and Cold Chain Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and strategy of our warehouse, including transportation and order processing.


About the Role

The Warehouse Management and Cold Chain Specialist will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and large-scale implementation projects, setting the direction of our warehouse's business continuity and planning. This includes developing and implementing effective growth strategies and processes, fostering a value-based culture, and driving organisational governance and compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Business Administration Operations: Drive recurring revenue streams within our organisation's framework, front development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Business Process/Continuous Improvement: Provide overall and strategic leadership, develop long-term planning, and lead to realise our organisation's growth agenda.
  • Safety and Health: Set organisational Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) strategy to manage compliance rates, drive safety and health risk assessment, and drive behavioural change at organisational level to address non-conformance of WSH standards.
  • Technology Application: Drive organisational transformation projects and programmes development, and engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs.

Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS), proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications, and professional qualifications in any logistics-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
