About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to guide adult learners in achieving their career goals by matching them with suitable programs. As a senior course consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless enrolment experience for prospective students. Your expertise in consultative sales and ability to articulate the value and outcomes of our courses will be essential in delivering engaging consultations and meeting enrolment targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead conversion and engagement by following up with course enquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions, building trust, and rapport to understand learners' career aspirations.
  • Achieve enrolment goals by effectively promoting our programs, meeting and exceeding monthly targets, and delivering engaging consultations that articulate the value, outcomes, and structure of our courses.
  • Provide application and enrolment support by assisting prospective students with the application process, from document submission to payment and onboarding, ensuring a hassle-free enrolment experience.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to participate in recruitment campaigns, info sessions, webinars, and corporate outreach activities, representing our institution professionally at events and promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with enrollees throughout their learning journey, providing pre-enrolment and post-enrolment guidance to ensure learner satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree holders in any discipline with 3 years of sales experience.
  • A strong passion for education and lifelong learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A persuasive and consultative approach to sales focused on value and outcomes.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with the confidence to meet enrolment KPIs.
  • Adaptable and open to new strategies, tools, and technologies.
