Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced female fitness trainer to lead our women's gym and locker area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, providing fitness training and support to members, and ensuring the overall safety and maintenance of the gym.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gym Operations: Manage the opening and closing duties, conduct daily equipment checks, report minor repairs, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Safety & Guidance: Educate members on safety protocols and proper form, technique, and equipment handling.
  • Personal Training: Conduct fitness assessments, develop workout plans, and offer group or one-on-one training sessions.
  • Exergame Operations: Introduce and instruct members on exergame equipment usage, monitoring sessions for correct use and benefits.
  • Administrative Tasks: Track member attendance, assist in organizing events, and provide regular reports on equipment status and member feedback.
Requirements
  • Certification: Accredited fitness certification is preferred but not required. Candidates without certification must be willing to attend the required course.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

  • Fitness Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fitness, exercise routines, and nutrition basics.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to perform minor equipment repairs or report issues as needed.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with exergame technology.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to maintain gym standards and ensure member safety.
