Program Overview

We are seeking passionate leaders to facilitate intergenerational learning programmes in Singapore.

As a programme leader, you will welcome new students and staff, provide orientation sessions, and facilitate daily learning sessions for primary school children.

You will also support elderly hosts as they engage with children in activities, plan engaging lessons based on provided curriculum themes, and encourage teamwork among participants from different generations.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily learning sessions during the June Enrichment Programme.
  • Support elderly hosts in intergenerational activities.
  • Plan and lead engaging lessons based on curriculum themes.
  • Encourage teamwork and empathy among participants.
  • Report daily reflections and track student progress.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in organizing events and coordinating activities.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the educational sector and campus layout.
