Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for phone repair services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote IT maintenance services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), repair departments, and phone manufacturers.
  • Diagnose and repair PC and mobile phone issues, including screen replacements and battery swaps.
  • Resolve basic software problems on iOS and Android devices.
  • Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications from ITE and/or Polytechnics are accepted.
  • Relevant experience in selling and repairing mobile devices and gadgets is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
