As a skilled garment care professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of ironed garments and linens. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ironing, pressing, and steaming clothing and linens using hand irons or pressing machines
  • Inspecting garments for stains or damage before ironing
  • Folding or hanging ironed items neatly for delivery or storage
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the ironing area and equipment
  • FOLLOWING PROPER PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING DIFFERENT TYPES OF FABRICS
  • Reporting any damaged or lost items to the supervisor

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in laundry or ironing work, but this is not a requirement. What is essential is attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, basic knowledge of fabric types and ironing techniques, physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle hot equipment, and reliability and punctuality.

You will be working in a fast-paced laundry setting with hot and humid conditions due to ironing equipment. If you are a hard worker who can multitask and maintain high standards, we want to hear from you

We are looking for a team player who can work well under pressure and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-Days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)
  • Previous experience in laundry or ironing work preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of fabric types and ironing techniques
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle hot equipment
  • Reliable and punctual
