About the Role

Care Corner Singapore Ltd, a leading social service organization, is seeking a highly skilled Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing wholistic support for children with learning and special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention programs for children aged 5-12 with learning difficulties/disabilities.
  • Conduct assessments to identify developmental needs and create Individual Educational Programs (IEPs) and Progress Reports (PRs) to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with parents to execute intervention and development strategies for their children.
  • Plan and teach English and Math to children with learning difficulties/disabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood/Pre-School Teaching/Early Years/Special Education or related fields.
  • Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) preferred.
  • Experience in specialized intervention methods, such as OG, Jolly Phonics, visual processing training, and rhythmic movement training, is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
