Central Engineering Group is seeking skilled engineers to develop foundation IP for AI products. This position involves designing and building memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level, simulating and analyzing circuit designs using transistor-level simulators, extracting layout and performing post-layout simulations and verification, floorplanning physical implementation and layout integration of design components, integrating characterization flow to extract timing and power information, developing scripts to automate characterization flow, simulations, and verification, specifying and verifying behavioral and physical memory models, and documenting design specifications, behavioral descriptions, and timing diagrams.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
  • Knowledge of signal integrity, EM/IR analysis, and reliability analysis.
  • Proficiency with simulators, automation scripting, and tool usage.
  • Understanding of memory behavioral and physical models is a plus.
  • Expertise in memory circuit design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DFT schemes and chip-level integration is a plus.
