We are seeking an experienced Global Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in key segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives;
  • Solicit new business opportunities from existing and new market segments;
  • Negotiate with customers to secure favorable rates and maintain a high average check;
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business;
  • Collaborate with the Director of Catering to develop and implement sales strategies;
  • Forecast and analyze sales results to inform future business decisions;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales and business development;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A keen eye for detail and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
