About the Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Consumer Business Growth initiatives.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business growth plans, identifying market opportunities, and mitigating business risks.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute medium-to-long-term strategic business growth plans, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable initiatives, ensuring effective project governance and risk management.
  3. Monitor consumer trends and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy decisions.
  4. Analyze portfolio performance, customer profitability, and channel effectiveness to optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in strategy, business planning, project management, or business development in consumer banking.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore's consumer banking landscape and cross-border opportunities within ASEAN and Greater China.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional projects and deliver results in a matrix environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and financial modeling skills.
