Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) expert to lead the implementation of SAC projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive requirement gathering and conduct fit-to-standard workshops to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage offshore delivery teams with full accountability and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with hands-on experience in enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong client-facing skills to gather and refine business requirements through direct engagement.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth execution without escalation.
  • Skilled in conducting workshops, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and driving solution design.
  • Experience managing and coordinating offshore delivery teams, ensuring productivity and quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical and soft skills, including:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation expertise.
  • Proficient in SAC story building, data modeling, predictive analytics, and integrating SAC with SAP BW, HANA, and S/4HANA systems.
  • End-to-End Data Architecture & Integration.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader program goals and timelines.
