Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional in embedded systems and IoT applications to lead technical innovation projects, drive business growth, and enhance product promotion activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your technical expertise to conceptualize and develop feasible solutions for customers and internal stakeholders, particularly in the IoT/wireless domain.
  • Facilitate integration of Murata products into customer products, working closely with product engineers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead technical innovation projects that contribute to enhancing product promotion activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party companies to create joint solutions and corporation schemes for business creation.
  • Create, test, and verify new application use cases with Murata products for regional market segments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering field or related discipline.
  • Embedded programming skills of C on Linux or embedded OS, with experience in IoT applications.
  • Strong system and software debugging skills on embedded platforms, with expertise in various IDEs.
  • Embedded system board knowledge and understanding of digital circuits, analog circuits, and A/D conversion.
  • Algorithm development experience of analogue sensors or sensors with digital output.
  • Wireless or Sensor Devices evaluation experience with testing equipment.
  • Ability to make quick prototypes/POC using available Evaluation/Development kits or using Arduino/Raspberry Pi.
  • Understanding of network communication technologies (TCP/IP, Wireless communication, encryption).
  • Knowledge on Schematic and PCB development tools; understand key device parameters and propose suitable components for a given application.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.
  • Available for travel within the ASEAN, India, and Oceania region.
