Job Opportunity
A leading engineering and R&D company seeks a skilled professional to drive software testing and quality assurance engagements. As a Practice Lead/Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of software testing, validation, and automation projects, act as a technical and project lead for end-to-end engagements, and contribute to presales and practice development.
Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of test automation and validation workstreams, defining and managing project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and overseeing the software quality lifecycle from test strategy to execution and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Leadership: Establish and promote best practices in automated testing, validation, and CI/CD workflows, maintain and enhance test frameworks to ensure robustness, traceability, and efficiency across projects, and collaborate with global Testing Practice teams and international Delivery Centers to align on solution design, delivery models, and technical accelerators.
  • Project Management: Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, monitor risks, compliance, and progress aligned to project KPIs, and guide junior engineers, oversee onboarding of consultants, and foster a knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Participate in technical scoping, estimation, and presentation of QA capabilities, represent the company in discovery sessions and solutioning workshops with clients, and support RFQ responses and solution proposals for new and existing clients.
