Job Overview:
This role is responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating with clients, and maintaining records.
- Allocate service requests based on location, skill set, and urgency.
- Confirm service appointments and ensure technician readiness.
- Maintain complete and organized records for tracking and invoicing.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further attention.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or higher certificate; or GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' levels/ NITEC / Higher NITEC Certificate.
- Proven work experience in customer service or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
