Job Overview:

This role is responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating with clients, and maintaining records.

  • Allocate service requests based on location, skill set, and urgency.
  • Confirm service appointments and ensure technician readiness.
  • Maintain complete and organized records for tracking and invoicing.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require further attention.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher certificate; or GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' levels/ NITEC / Higher NITEC Certificate.
  • Proven work experience in customer service or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
