Job Description

A technical support specialist is required to provide pre-sales activities, technical consultation, and system design for sales/SAM teams across the SEA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting presales activities such as site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, and system demonstrations. Additionally, they will provide technical consultation, system design, and solution proposals for sales/SAM teams across SEA projects.

The role requires accuracy in system configurations and quotations for the SEA region, as well as delivering technical training to SEA sales and technical teams. Post-sales technical support to project managers/engineers when required, testing and commissioning (T&C) for SEA projects, and preparing professional customer training materials are also key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security, electronics, or small-scale electronic project implementation and commissioning, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databases.
  • Familiarity with security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm systems) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in technical pre-sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive, fast-learning mindset.
