We are a leading provider of innovative solutions in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Liaison to join our team.
Job Summary
The Business Operations Liaison will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the day-to-day operations of our sales department. This includes preparing quotes for products based on customers' requirements, generating invoices accurately and in a timely manner, and attending to customers' enquiries and complaints.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with the sales, finance, and purchasing departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes for products based on customers' requirements
- Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints
- Liaise with the production planner on delivery schedules
- Work closely with sales, finance, and purchasing departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations or sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Salary
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
