Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting compliance with Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Income Tax Regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring all MIS/Financial reporting is in compliance with the relevant standards and regulations
  2. Preparation of MB17 information and review of reasonableness of individual/collective impairment loss and upload allocation of impairment loss by BU entries to SAP
  3. Preparation of CPM File - Loans, Deposits and Fees and upload internal pricing entries to SAP
  4. Preparation of Financial Performance for Management and FICON on monthly and quarterly basis
  5. Assist in preparation of the lead schedule of the annual Financial Statements and coordinate within the department in the preparation of the disclosures sections and supporting workings
  6. Assist in providing information to KPMG Tax agent pertaining to the Singapore Corporate Tax submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore

Requirements:

To succeed as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, you will need to have:

  • Strong Financial Accounting Skills (CA Singapore)
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking products and their accounting treatments
  • Management accounting skills, incorporating cost and profitability analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SAP and FCC Systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards, internal management reporting requirements, and Singapore Income Tax Implication
  • PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

About the Role:
