We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Business Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role supports the operational execution of grain trading activities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
About The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and analytical individual to contribute to our team's success. As a Senior Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing contracts, payments, shipping logistics, and trade documentation for markets in Southeast and Southwest Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contract execution and maintain accurate internal records.
- Coordinate trade finance activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), Documents against Receipts (DAR).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of trade-related documents.
- Provide support to the sales and operations teams as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
