Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, forecasting, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning processes and tools to support business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making at the executive level.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance against budget and forecast; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is required to work with stakeholders located in China.
