Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and visually appealing shopping environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute floorset activities in accordance with brand standards.
  • SUPPORT the execution of merchandising and sell-down strategies through the effective use of visual merchandising tools.
  • Provide feedback on merchandising opportunities to enhance execution and improve overall visual presentation.
  • Conduct daily reviews and inspections of the sales floor to ensure all brand standards are met.
  • Implement window installations and interior displays that align with company vision.
  • Optimize and maintain the use of visual assets such as fixtures, props, and marketing materials to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Properly store and maintain visual assets to prevent damage and communicate any issues to leadership.
  • Assist in training new sales associates and serve as a shadow partner.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and visually.
  • A flexible schedule that includes working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), with occasional weekend work and overnight shifts.
  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.
