Job Overview:

A Marine Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring timely completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and a strong understanding of marine engineering.

  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate factory acceptance tests and ensure smooth transition to the aftermarket team.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Provide first-level technical support during project execution.
  • Work with the engineering team to develop project feasibility studies and assist in generating project cost estimations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management for an equipment manufacturer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in generators, transformers, switchgears, and UPS.
  • Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings.
  • Familiarity with generators, controls, and associated equipment & accessories.
  • Knowledge of generator standards and codes.
