Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced heavy vehicle driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safely transporting goods and materials from one location to another.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant metrics.

  • Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

  • Drive vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

  • Clean the truck after loading and after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck.

  • Responsible for cube checking.

  • Spray surfaces of truck with acid compound to clean truck and drum in accordance with company standards.

  • Understand that attendance and punctuality are required each day of work.

  • Responsible for proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.

  • Able to work in any shifts, any split shifts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in experience in heavy vehicle driving.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb onto trucks.

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
