Job Summary

We are seeking a Temporary Retail Ambassador to join our team on a short-term basis. As a Temporary Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

This is a temporary retail role that requires a flexible approach to working hours. You will work 5 days a week, including weekends, with a rostered shift of 4-5 hours per day. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers at the door, engaging in conversation, and providing first-level assistance to their needs. You will also be required to assist in bringing stock from the stockroom to the store, performing stock-taking and price-tagging tasks, and maintaining a tidy and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Meet and greet customers at the door, engage conversation and provide first level assistance to their needs
    • Assist to bring stock including correct sizing from stockroom to store
    • Stock taking, price tagging, ensure tidiness & cleanliness in Store
    • Other duties assigned within the store.
