About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our architectural design team, you will play a crucial role in promoting quality architectural design and a sustainable transport environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop schematic design proposals and coordinate enhancement works for existing MRT stations and related infrastructure.
  • Prepare tender specifications, execute feasibility studies, design and develop architectural solutions, and document project progress.
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review developers' building plan submissions and contractors' shop drawings.
  • Write funding papers and prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and practice.
  • Good knowledge of CAD software, including AutoCAD, Sketchup, micro station, and Revit.
  • Able to communicate ideas and concepts well via writing and speaking.
  • Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and demonstrate interest in design and problem-solving.
  • Experience in rail projects is an advantage.
  • Able to multitask and demonstrate good time management skills.
